Receptionist @ Busy Chiropractic Office

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr and up DOE

Employment type: Part Time, Flexible Schedule

Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45AM - 6:00PM

Busy chiropractic office is seeking a professional and friendly face to greet patients, schedule appointments and assist our office as general support staff. You will join a group of experienced doctors, massage therapists, and office staff who look forward to working with you long term. We have been caring for patients in our neighborhood and surrounding area for over 20 years.

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills. (Experience in a healthcare office setting with Medical Billing a plus!)

- Exceptional multitasking and teamwork.

- Moderate to advanced computer skills.

- Dependable, intuitive, personable, professional, resourceful.

- Excellent telephone etiquette.

Duties:

- Greet patients/schedule appointments.

- Computer based patient software applications.

- Obtain insurance authorizations and verification for patients.

- Collect fees for services.

- Assist doctors with patient needs.

- General office administrative duties
