Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Winchester, VA

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Scheduled Days of the Week & Hours: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST (overtime as needed)
Duration: 6 Months
Looking to Convert to FTE: Yes there's a potential to convert to a FTE

Interview Type: In-Person

HM's "MUST HAVES":

• At least 1 year recruiting experience (preferably in production)
• Proficient in Workday (strongly preferred but not a big must)
• Go getter, needs minimal supervision
• Strong communicator

We are looking for a candidate that has:

• Full cycle recruiting experience (requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidate, etc.).
• Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous Workday experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Knowledge with maintenance in a manufacturing plant (electrical, mechanical, industrial) is a plus but not necessary.

Salary: $12.22 - $21.50 per hour
