Sante is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to join our small, but mighty, Human Resources team. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You’ll be asked to find creative ways to market Sante as an employer of choice and learn the fundamentals of recruiting in a fast-paced, fast-growing nonprofit organization!
We are seeking a candidate who will mainly work remotely, but who is able and willing to travel to our various locations throughout the Eastern Shore at least two-three times per month.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing strategies, drafting, and posting job ads, interview processes, and offer negotiations for assigned requisitions

Generate a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for a variety of positions, in both technical, non-technical, high volume, and service level roles
- Actively pursue all channels (Internet, networking, social media, etc) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role
- Source passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other platforms
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment initiatives
- Partner with organizational stakeholders to assist with filling open positions
- Prepare, maintain, and submit weekly statistics reports
- Assist in creating marketing flyers for recruitment and engagement purposes
- Administer company wellness and engagement initiatives
What You’ll Get:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience

What We Require:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study; OR an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university with one (1) year of related experience; OR three (3) years’ related experience
