Recruiting Coordinator, Part-time 20 to 24 hours weekly

What You’ll be Doing

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy in hiring high-quality CNA’s, Caregivers, and Nurses
  • Work closely with the Director, Staffing Coordinator, Peer Mentor, and Nurse Manager in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, and retention efforts.
  • Manage the hiring process through sourcing, interviewing, offering, credentialing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize sourcing methods such as posting on job boards and resume searches, online and social media recruitment, local job fairs/hiring events, and building relationships with local CNA and Nursing programs.
  • Promote our company brand and culture to potential candidates.

You will succeed and excel in this position if you are skilled in recruiting, staffing, and relationship building. You are a very organized, self-starter and unwilling to compromise when it comes to hiring the best, highest quality team members who will deliver outstanding patient care. Requirements:

High school diploma

Experience in the health care industry

Recruiting/staffing experience

A strong desire to be of service to others

A kind, compassionate heart

A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance

Dependable transportation

Pass background check

Pass drug screen

We service the Birmingham Metro Area - Bessemer, Cahaba Heights, CenterPoint, Fultondale, Gardendale, Highway 280 area, Homewood, Hoover, Inverness, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Mountain Brook, Pelham, Pinson, Trussville, and Vestavia.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
