We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Provider Recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, screening, recruitment, coordinating of interviews, negotiating contract employment offers of general and specialized dentists in your assigned territory. Develop effective strategies/campaigns for recruitment of dentists in training and practice in designated specialties including direct mail, print and internet advertising, dental programs and state/national medical organizations and specialty meetings. Acts as a liaison with candidate and practice regarding contractual, credentialing and other issues. Limited travel necessary to attend job fairs and conferences to secure contacts for recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Be a team player; respectful and helpful to the entire recruiting team.
  • Be a positive example of leadership at the local team level and among peers showing professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Skillfully recruit both general and specialized dentists necessary to stabilize the practices under an assigned Market.
  • Develop key relationships with both clinical and operational field leaders to nurture healthy and stable practices.
  • Perform all necessary and creative tactics to successfully recruit outstanding dentists for assigned practices. This will include, but not be limited to utilizing sourcing tools, seeking quality referral channels, collaborating with staff clinicians, coordinating interviews, and attending conferences and events.
  • Work with Director of Provider Recruitment Operations to ensure appropriate resources are being allocated in support of open positions and hot spots.
  • Work with sourcing team on leads that are passed along to ensure timely follow up and regular communication.
  • Coordinate professional on-site interviews with appropriate operational and clinical leadership as well as client administration when beneficial.
  • Appropriately place dentists into client sites by matching candidates' skill level, and geographic preferences.
  • Negotiate salary, travel stipends, commencement bonuses and relocation expenses on behalf of Benevis within established budget parameters.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years provider recruiting experience (physicians, dentists, APPs, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Business or Healthcare related.
  • Extensive specialty knowledge in Orthodontics, Periodontics, and E ndodontics.
