Red Pine is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Red Pine modern Chinese sit-down restaurant, featuring healthy, fresh and deliciously clean food. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is experienced, energetic, passionate, and interested in being involved in a team-oriented environment. A STRONG BACKGROUND IN CHINESE OR ASIAN COOKING IS A MUST. We will be producing all the product in house and is willing to train the right person.
Qualifications:
- Must have three (3) years of kitchen experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
- Passion for food and cooking techniques pertaining to Chinese cooking styles
- Can do attiutude, willingness to learn
- Must be able to lead a team with efficency and strive for the best
- Able to work in a fast pace environment under and be able to think quick and response accordingly
