Job description
The Regional Director will use their relationship management skills to identify new opportunities that would be of benefit for the company. This position would be a blend of managing accounts while also acquiring new customers in the areas that we serve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities with skilled nursing, assisted living and other senior living communities that would benefit from our services.
- Recruitment of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners as well as other clinical team members for the region.
- Collaborate with team members to develop protocols and programs that would benefit our customers.
- Meet with accounts to address customer service needs whenever needed.
- Extensive experience working within the healthcare industry, more specifically within the senior services space.
- 5+ years of sales, business development and relationship management experience.
- Customer centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Must have existing relationships with skilled nursing, assisted living and other senior living communities.
