POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Regional Manager is expected to lead the market to meet revenue, profit and operating income objectives; create strategic goals and solid business plans for the market; maintain key client relationships; and identify new business development opportunities. The Regional Manager directs the program’s strategic development, growth, and operations through demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, organizational, operational, and technical skills. The overall goals of this position are to provide oversight and leadership to meet the needs of our customers and employees and to ensure that the company’s mission and growth objectives are achieved.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with the development and execution of the business and growth strategies for the division.
• Effectively develop and implement specific strategic operating and business goals.
• Identify market-specific and/or program priorities and determine the appropriate strategic approaches that will drive business growth and differentiate the company in the marketplace.
• Collaborates with existing clients to build long-lasting transparent and trusting relationships
• Represents the company at external events and organizations
• Builds, develops, improves, influences and expands relationships with key customers within the market
• Communicates expectations and directives to execute high-quality operational excellence
• Develops operational protocols to verify quality and accuracy of our services
• Plays an active role in implementing innovative solutions by challenging the status quo and encouraging others to do so
• Manages and delegates workflow and tasks to maximize productivity
• Utilizes financial information and data to make sound and disciplined decisions to manage the business
• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the customer satisfaction, financial and operational performance within the market
• Resource planning and profit margin analysis to meet the goals and objectives of the client while insuring profit margins are maintained
• Analyzes budget performance and identifies variances throughout the fiscal year, recommending necessary adjustments and corrections
• Creates an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration, fostering employee engagement and leveraging diversity and inclusion

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of operations experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with exempt and non-exempt employees and external facing with customers.
• 3+ years of P&L and project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing people.
• Experience in strategic planning and development. Ability to execute to short and long-term growth and profitability targets.
• Demonstrated successful leadership skills in program execution and people management.
