Job Summary: T.Will Sports, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Regional Manager. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the implementation of our youth sports programs in your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing a team of Youth Sports Specialists and Youth Sports Interns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sports instruction and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Youth Sports Specialists and Youth Sports Interns in your assigned region.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of engaging and impactful sports instruction.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Team to develop and execute strategies for program expansion and enhancement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators, community partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of monthly youth sports camps in your region.
  • Ensure compliance with program schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new Youth Sports Specialists and Interns.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, growth, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with the Corporate Team and other Regional Managers.
  • Represent T.Will Sports, Inc. at industry events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth sports management, program development, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of youth sports instruction and coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, school district administrators, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing programs, budgets, and resources.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel within the assigned region.
  • Passion for sports and a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young athletes.
