Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing a team of Performance Managers (3-4) that serve as the primary Axalta contact for assigned key customer locations, providing high level customer support with frequent face-to-face visits.
- Lead and manage entire region's team personnel; acts as peer-mentor; encourages accountability; leads by example and develops cohesion among the team; effectively motivates and keeps the team focused on regional and business objectives.
- Lead Regional team in developing and executing a comprehensive plan consistent with business objectives ensures people have the authority, understanding, and resources to execute the plan.
- Perform and oversee shop audits to ensure Axalta equipment is in good working condition, Axalta products are used correctly, and SOP compliance.
- Analyze cost & productivity KPIs, review data with store management.
- Manage budget for each center, ensuring monthly costs are within allotted parameters.
- Work closely with servicing jobber, to ensure proper support & inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with local Axalta teams for additional support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Previous experience in managing and developing people preferred.
- Manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train service team.
- Ability to travel ~ 60% of the time, and the discipline to self-manage territory responsibilities.
- Conform with Caliber Collision corporate culture & code of conduct, as well as Axalta’s.
- Have proficient paint shop technical knowledge or demonstrate the ability to be a willing learner.
- Have effective communication skills, including the ability to write call reports and follow-up/visit summary letters.
- Competent Excel and PowerPoint skills (reports, pivot tables), making data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to connect with multiple employee levels within the organization.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
