Job description
The Regional Recruitment Specialist (RRS) is responsible for providing an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates to support assigned properties and other business units as we continue to grow. The RRS is highly mobile and will utilize grass roots recruiting by targeting places of business that hire ambitious and dynamic sales employees. In addition, the RRS will partner with property management industry-based entities, such as local tech schools, colleges & universities, to achieve our recruitment goals.
Major Duties:
- Responsible for sourcing active candidates and passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, social media, and research.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and successfully close candidates
- Provide strategic solutions to attract qualified candidates as well as to build a pipeline for future hiring needs; Develop and implement alternative sourcing methods.
- Sell candidates on our company by providing consistent, general information on the company, including our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and performance expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience; sourcing preferred
- Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Experience navigating various Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP preferred
- Experience in social media platform recruiting, e.g., LinkedIn and Indeed
- Valid Driver’s license and updated insurance required
