Purpose Statement:

The role of the Regional Resource Manager - Compliance is to support their region in achieving a high level of 245D compliance by working in partnership with the Regional Management Team to provide an increased level of oversight and support at each service recipient site and to each supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Residential Supervisors with daily logs, weekly updates, financial trackers, behavioral tracker and outcome trackers at sites

  • Internal Monthly Audits, STAR audits, DHS audit follow up

  • Monitor of Funds and Property

  • Complete at least 12 on site visits per month and communicate results to the regional team (physical site/MARs/trackers)

  • Support the Health Services department to ensure compliance with MARs, TARs, psychotropic medication monitoring, and documentation on medical protocols

  • Provide training as needed

  • Report recurring problems to the Regional Executive Director to ensure compliance accountability

  • 80% in the field and 20% in office


Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities).

  • Designated Coordinator qualified, Designated Manager preferred
  • (1) Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
  • (2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
  • (3) a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or (4) a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and
  • (5) four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed above.

Additional Skills and Experience (preferred or helpful)

  • 245D or healthcare experience
  • Case management and /or case management supervision experience
