Our team in the Industrial Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join them. Responsible for sales of Moog Industrial products and services within the Eastern Region of North America, including Eastern Seaboard of the USA, New England states, Michigan, and Pennsylvania; Canada, Ontario and eastward and the Caribbean islands. You will report to the Sales Manager North America and will have a work schedule in East Aurora, New York.
To be considered for Regional Sales Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

Bachelors of Science in Engineering or related degree

Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the field of technical sales/application engineering with experience leading teams and building relationships.

Excellent technical/engineering knowledge.

Capabilities in direct business to business sales, large account management, negotiation, contract development, contract management.

Analytical and facilitation skills,.
-
Experience with business processes and IT tools (examples include: Content Management Systems, Forecasting Systems, Data Analysis Tools)

Travel - approximately 50%
As a Regional Sales Manager you will:

Develop new business at existing accounts and opportunities at new direct customers.

Development of technical sales proposals, establish pricing to customers by understanding market conditions to determine value created, competitive pricing and cost analysis.

Development and negotiation of long-term agreements.

Manage existing direct accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-
Develop new products, services and market opportunities for distribution channel.

Perform quarterly business reviews with channel partners.
-
Deliver Moog sales presentations and propositions to customers.

Support and implement product and service launches for programs
-
Develop accurate sales forecast information for the region.

Use CRM system to manage leads, opportunities and customer relationships.
- This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
