WIS Regional Talent Manager Job Preview
The Regional Talent Manager is a people leader who will be an essential part of the team to lead a successful execution of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and development strategies throughout their assigned region. The Regional Talent Manager will report to the Regional Director while ensuring that the District Talent Managers and Hourly Recruiters are fully trained to recruit, hire, onboard, and train top talent with the goal of increasing retention.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; an equivalent of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing talent for a future bench

  • A passion for people, coaching, mentoring and developing

  • Experience with social media marketing and networking
  • Experience developing recruitment, training, and onboarding strategies
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills

Working Conditions:
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Occasional travel may be require via plane or automobile, including overnight stays (up to 25% of the time).
