Our work environment includes:
- in-home and/or community based ABA therapy
- tablet for data collection + schedule
- ABA materials specifically for the client and respective programs

Hours can vary but are often after school between 3-8PM. For clients under 5, hours are often during morning/afternoon.
The requirements of the job are that the individual be a registered behavior technician certified through the BACB. High school diploma required. No college necessary but preferred. Experience with children with autism and ABA therapy is highly preferred.
Pay Description
We go off of a tiered modeled that includes a base pay of $16/hr and up to $40/hr after bonuses.
Travel Time is paid for when an employee has two clients on the same day and is the time between the two client locations.
What the onboard process looks like:
- Receive a call to schedule a clinical interview
- Pending results, staff will be sent an offer letter outlining the position, benefits, etc.
- Once signed by all parties, staff will be given one week to submit all required documentation necessary to start services
- Once a client has been confirmed and authorized, and the staff has confirmed schedule/ability to work with the client, the staff will be assigned to the case and the first day with be scheduled with the BCBA.
This position is for new and seasoned behavior technicians. There will be a contract set in place for employees to ensure consistency, professionalism, and loyalty. However, there is NO non-compete and staff are able to work for any other ABA agency they would like to.
