Director of Nursing (home care) GREAT PAY!! (Cincinnati OH)

As an

RN, you will:

-Develop and review an ongoing basis of each clients service plan.

-Assess clients for services.

-Supervising staffs and overseeing service plan.

-Ongoing customer services initiatives to improve client satisfaction.

-Oversees all details of operations to ensure that company maintains compliance under Ohio department of health regulations.

-Maintain high visibility and availability while in the office and whenever representing the company.

-Ensures all client requests are met and documented properly.

-Communicate with clients and families as needed regarding satisfaction and issues of clients.

-Develops, evaluates, reviews, revises and implements policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

-Graduate of accredited school of nursing

-Valid nursing licensure in Ohio

-Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.

-At least 1 year of home care nursing experience (preferred)

-Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and leadership skills

-Ability to create a positive work environment

-Valid driver's license -Proof of car insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
