We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to add to our Nursing team. This position will utilize the nursing process to provide integrated health care to patients served and will participate as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team(s) in providing thorough assessment and service delivery at our Stepping Stone location.
$3,000 sign-on BONUS offered for full-time positions!!!
(Bonuses paid half after 90 days of employment / half after 180 days of employment)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Monitor for a safe, non-medical detoxification as well as providing nursing assessments and/or treatment for outpatient, detox, residential and transitional residential patients.
  • Participate as part of interdisciplinary treatment team(s) in providing thorough assessment and service delivery.
  • Full-time hours will primarily be Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

  • Associate's degree required. Current, valid State of Indiana RN license is required. Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Travel to other Southwestern offices or in the community may occasionally be required.
  • Complete and maintain certification as a TB test administrator.
  • Must have knowledge of relevant, clinical issues and demonstrable clinical expertise for patient populations served.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology; excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Requires exceptional customer service and phone etiquette; excellent communication skills; attention to detail; ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow; skill to act independently and quickly when necessary.
  • Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry check, CPS checks and drug screen.
