Position: Registered Nurse Case Manager

Location: 8008 Westpark Dr. Fairfax McLean VA USA 22102

Shift: Days/ 8 hours

Corratel Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills and an ability to work with minimal orientation and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience
• Must have VA or Compact RN License
• Responsibities: responsible for providing discharge planning and care management services for acute care patients at Virginia Hospital Center
• Float department (if needed): Holy Cross Hospital-Silver Spring/Holy Cross Hospital-Germantown
