Our client is an established and growing Hospice in Massachusetts. They are looking for a Full time Registered Nurse Case Manager. This opportunity is open for immediate permanent hire.
What you Want to know as a Registered Nurse:

What you NEED to know as a Registered Nurse:
- Hours: Daylight hours (On-call requirement)
- Previous hospice experience strongly preferred
- Caseload - 30 visits per week
- Territories: Pepperell, Dunstable, Groton, Westford
- Requirements: RN License, Driver's License, Vehicle, Car Insurance plus COVID Vaccination
- Assesses the physical and psychological status of patients referred for hospice care and maintain regular nursing visits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 per hour
