We are hiring RN Critical Care / ICU in Redding, CA

Minimum 2 Years experience in Registered Nurse Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit

AlliedUP Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a hospital facility located in Redding, CA. The ideal candidates should have ICU – Intensive Care Unit work experience, knowledgeable with EMR - Epic system.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU or Critical Care unit
• Pass a Background check, medical test, skill test. drug test.

Pay Rate

• Pay Rate is $ 59.00 hourly.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit

• Responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients.
• He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology.
• Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Available Shifts are PM Shift, 12 hours per shift, (7p-7:30a).
