Part-time and sub RN/LPN positions available. Afternoon/evening shifts, rotating weekends in an Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/ID) settings. This position is hiring in Bakersville.

Intermediate Care Facilities provide residential services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. ICF services are geared toward individuals with developmental disabilities who require comprehensive and individualized health care and rehabilitation services in order to promote functional status and independence. Our six ICF homes are located in several communities, and they each support four to eight adults. Direct Support Professionals along with our nursing staff are able to provide 24-hour care and health services. Each home is equipped with a team of nurses that are assigned to the house.

Paid training. Must have valid driver's license. Pre-employment drug testing required. Pre-employment Covid-19 requirements.

• Valid PA driver’s license
• Background checks
• Physical/ Mantoux TB required
