Job description
Looking for a passionate Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our Home Health Nursing Team.
The Home Health RN/LVN:
- Responsible for delivering quality skilled care in the home setting for 8 – 12 hour shifts,
- Enables client to remain at home with their family instead of an in-patient facility,
- Care for clients that have serious illnesses or disabilities, may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery.
- Will be expected to assess their clients' conditions during every visit. This may include taking a client's vital signs, care and maintenance of gastrostomy tubes, seizure activity monitoring, and/or care and maintenance of CPAP/BiPAP.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as an RN/LVN in Texas
- 6 months Private Duty Nursing as an RN/LVN preferred
- Valid CPR card, Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance
