• Shift type (D, E, N, V): Night
• Shift length: 12 hours
• FTE: 0.9
• GWW (guaranteed work week): 36
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Target Start Date: ASAP
• Auto Offers? (Yes/No): Yes.
• On Call Required? (Yes/No, If Yes please explain): Yes, callback within 1 hour to the hospital.
• Credentials Required (Refer to job profile): ACLS and BLS required. NIHSS is preferred. Tele Interpretation.
• 1 Year of Epic Experience (Required or Preferred): Required.

No RTO allowed during any major holiday. Other RTO ok.

Nurse Patient Ratio: 1 Rn to 4 patients

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: A lot of overnight stays for chest pain rule out and MPI Studies, failure to thrive, gi dx, minor traumas, overall general dx that just need to be observed more to determine if in-patient is necessary.

Any special procedure done on the unit? No, patients leave the floor for procedures

Common Equipment: IV pumps, bedside ecg monitors, scd's, tube feeding pumps, PCA
