Emergency Department

The emergency department at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center is equipped with advanced medical equipment and technology allowing the highly trained and professional staff to provide lifesaving care during situations when timely care is critical. The emergency department cares for a diverse patient population ranging in age from neonates to geriatrics who present with a wide assortment of healthcare issues.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED). Our busy 23 bed Emergency Department has a 6 bed fast track and a 5 bed observation unit. Partnering with a great team of ED doctor's, being supported by a dynamic Department Manager and some of the best ED Charge RN's around you'll practice the art of emergency nursing while making a difference in the lives of your patients.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Nevada RN License or Interim Permit
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• ADN with a commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years of employment
