Location: Multiple locations in NC
Shift: Day and night both shifts are available 3x12-Hour
Duration: 13 Weeks
Sign on Bonus: $250 in your 1st pay check
Total Weekly: $2,131

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Traveler Experience: Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Prefer NO but would consider with enough experience.
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: : IV Start, Triage, Telemetry and Conscious Sedation. Charge Nurse Experience preferred. Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
Certs: CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ACLS AND NIHSS.
PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: CCRN AND TNCC
JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:4
AVG daily Census 12
Shift: DAYS
RTO: 7 days MAX
Float Requirement: : float to Critical Care for appropriate acuity, as well as floating to Telemetry and/or medical-surgical. May have to float to COVID area with appropriate acuity assignment, traveler MUST be aware and comfortable should this be needed
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: take new BiPaPs, optiflow, patients with trachs and on home vents ready for discharge. Common drips include: Dopamine, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): PYXIS/EPIC/SBAR.
UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours
SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
