Seeking Part-Time/PRN RN w/BSN and public health nursing experience to work as RN Supervisor.
Griswold Home Care – Ocean County, NJ

YOU: An experienced RN w/BSN and public health nursing experience looking for supplemental hours or part-time work in the Monmouth County area.

Job Duties:
- Assures that the initial Client Service Plan is appropriately in keeping with client needs and requests;
- Reviews services and conducts 60-day client visits, calls every thirty (30) days for appropriateness, need for update or referral for skilled services;
- Opens new cases, performs initial assessments for services appropriateness, supervises certified Caregivers and others upon request, orients caregiver to individaul client's Service Plan;
Qualifications:
- Current NJ state nursing license and in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing
- RN w/BSN
- Public health nursing experience
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
