SCOPE OF POSITION
The Registry Eligible Sleep Technician performs specialized Neurodiagnostic/Pulmonary procedures such as, but not limited to, Polysomnograms, MSLTs and titration of either CPAP or BiPAP which are utilized in providing diagnostic information regarding the patient's neurological and/or pulmonary function during sleep. The
Tech will be able to perform evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages, neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program or actively enrolled in an accredited Polysomnography program.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program or actively enrolled in an accredited Polysomnography program.
- Valid and active temporary polysomnography tech license according to state requirements.
- New graduates must obtain their registry status within 12 months of hire.
- Polysomnography students must complete program within 18 months of hire and obtain licensure/registry within 6 months of graduation.
- AHA BLS required
