MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics equipment; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment and transportation equipment. Job Purpose

To support the Product Regulatory department with customer surveys regarding regulations, internal queries regarding regulations, and supportive measures to put new products on the market.

Job Responsibilities

• Author product SDSs that conform to global requirements
• Support secondary business with product regulatory needs
• Support customers with regulatory needs, such as SDSs, regulation information, compliant products
• Investigate TSCA status of products and imported raw materials and complete all necessary paperwork to assure compliance
• Assist with preparation and review regulatory submissions for Government and State Agencies
• Assist with project work such as Asia analyses for specific regulations

Requirements

• SAP experience a plus
• Good working knowledge of SDS Authoring Systems a plus
• Detail oriented
• High level of communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to oversee multiple project
• Strong computer skills with the flexibility to learn web technology, JD Edwards ERP systems and document control computer systems
• Solid experience in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Access
• Ability to effectively present information both verbally and written to management, employees, and customers
