Penmac Staffing is currently seeking applicants for Remanufacturing Technician for a major remanufacturing facility in Nixa, MO.POSITION SUMMARY:
The Remanufacturing Technician performs routine and non-routine production duties utilizing machines and tools to disassemble and rebuild Air Dryer components. The Technician is responsible for the throughput and quality of the product which is measured to a standard. The product produced is necessary for the final Compressor Assembly.
SCHEDULE:
- Sunday-Thursday
- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- $18.00 Per Hour
- Operate a manufacturing machine using HMI Interface
- Load bulk raw materials into hoppers
- Apply batch numbers and package finished materials.
- Perform quality checks on parts produced from machine
- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
Work is performed mostly in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for long periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED,
- Excellent shop math and reasoning skills,
- Mechanical Aptitude,
- Ability to retain and follow work instructions,
- Proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively with other employees and supervisors,
- Attention to detail.
