Hourly range: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Overview:

As a Remarketing Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for heavy data entry and providing excellent customer service by phone and all correspondences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter vehicle sale information and checks into in-house system
• Process titles for conversion
• Update in-house system with floor information
• Track vehicle titles have arrived at auction
• Input auction checks into appropriate software system.
• Updating spreadsheets with new inventory.

Skills and Abilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
• Well organized and excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
