Your Role

As Remarketing Manager at FINN, you are responsible for estimating and optimizing residual values for our vehicles together with our OEM Partnerships teams. Your hands-on-mentality enables you to realize attractive sales at the end of our subscriptions. You build successful partnerships with the biggest automotive organizations and maintain and develop these partnerships to push FINN's ambitious growth. You're a part of our Fleet department and work directly with our VPs of OEM Partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships: Working closely with the OEM Partnerships Teams in identifying potential partners as well as building, maintaining and developing these partnerships
  • Close deals: You are always capable of selling your vehicles on time and for the best pricing possible, we expect to outperform wholesale via direct to dealer/other sales channels
  • Subscription model development support: Through close collaboration with our partners, you manage to help us getting vehicles that are optimized in terms of their remarketing value with ideal subscription conditions
  • Strategic Partner: You recognize and understand relevant parameters and developments and deduce a matching remarketing strategy with clear priorities

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and ideally worked with bigger business customers
  • Talented negotiator and manage to make deals that are not only profitable but a great experience for both negotiating parties
  • Entrepreneurial and a competent contact person, who does not only "sell", but who develops solutions together with our partners to create true added value
  • Proven ability to estimate and optimize residual value performance for a fleet of vehicles
  • Capable of building successful partnerships with the largest automotive trading organizations (and other channels) to realize attractive vehicle sales options after subscription
  • Strong intrapersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Strong interest in the mobility sector
The salary for this role will be within the range of $90,000 to $127,000. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting, and is only applicable to jobs located in New York City. However, the actual salary offered may be more or less than the range posted. Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, education level, seniority, and performance. This compensation range may also be subject to change in the future.
