Description:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-orientated individual that has experience with approaching customers, guiding customers through sales interactions, upselling, and having good social skills within our AI Retail Support Associate role! You will ultimately manifest unique situations of customer engagement/interactions between you and your team members that will be tracked, recorded, and analyzed within AI.

***While this role is 100% remote only within PST, candidates that live locally around Seattle, WA will be considered with higher priority. ***

  • Conduct daily roleplays within and between internal teams with various scenarios of customer engagement between sellers and buyers.
  • Simulating the engagement/conversation a customer has with a sales representative.

  • Work throughout series of roleplays, stage scenarios, or situations to capture data points.
  • Help guide, sell, or navigate roleplayed customer ambiguity within internal teams.
  • Present findings to program stakeholders and project managers.
  • Document findings, notes, and feelings within Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of approaching customers, conducting face-to-face interactions, or upselling within sales positions
    • Example: floor associates, book sellers, fashion stylists, sporting goods, telephone salesmen, electronics representatives, etc...
      • (REI, Nordstrom, Target, Barnes & Noble, Verizon, xFinity, etc...)
  • Ability to communicate professionally with maturity and self-confidence.
  • Strong familiarity with online shopping and research.
  • Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the internet.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
