Job description

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various Sales roles within Nova NRG. This individual will network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, ensure we attract top talent, and reduce our time-to-hire ratio.

Job Duties:

• Pre-screen and interview candidates for open positions
• Directly communicates with hiring directors to discuss interview feedback, interview availability and manpower changes
• Follow-up in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Ensure client requisitions/openings are filled with the appropriate top talent
• Provide outstanding customer service to co-workers, candidates and clients
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Create continuous pipeline of candidates to place in available jobs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience
• Professional telephone demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills to include: Word, Excel, Internet Searches and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent with follow-up, deadlines and customer service
• Fast-paced individual to work in multi-task environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
