JOB DESCRIPTION:
Registered Dietitians build trusting relationships with patients and their families and utilize dietary education and planning to directly affect their patients' quality of life. Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, creating patient specific nutritional plans, and providing ongoing nutritional support.

Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, creating patient specific nutritional plans, and providing ongoing nutritional support.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on the Commission of Dietetics Registry.
- Georgia State License
- Registered Dietitian Certification with a minimum of 1 year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian (after becoming a Registered Dietitian).
- Preferably a member of the American Dietetic Association.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with the ESRD patient- Preferred
- Is responsible for maintaining registration and continuing education hours as specified by the American Dietetic Association.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow staff members.
- Experience with ESRD patient - Preferred
- Board Certified
