Rental Ambassador – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Rental Blazer

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Rental Technician works with the Team:
Rental Ambassadors will assist our guests through the rental process for ski/snowboard equipment.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proper size and fitting of rental equipment for our guests.
- Explain the use and mechanical parts of equipment.
- Work with a team to successfully reach Rental Shop goals
- Perform general housekeeping tasks and duties as necessary
- Assist our guests through the rental process while being proactive to our guests needs.
- Assure all guests have completed agreement correctly
- Be courteous to other employees and guests at all times
- May need to assist with boots rentals when needed
Team Member Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Possess excellent customer service skills
