Compensation: Up to $18.18 / hour based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No work experience required, but previous sales / merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Activities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
