Reporting Project Manager

The Reporting Project Manager will lead a variety of technology projects to deliver dashboards that provide visibility and insights to leaders across our NAOU Supply Chain. This role will require the right balance of technical know how and creativity to work with cross functional resources to lead the design and ultimately develop solutions that enable the business to act. This role will require you to digitize and automate manual reporting that result in increased productivity for the business team.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the development, design, and maintenance of dashboards and analytics projects across NAOU Supply Chain
  • Manage the collection, refinement, and preparation of data for analytics and visualization
  • Manage and utilize the reporting dashboards to extract meaningful insights that can be shared with the business
  • Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refresh based on business requirements
  • Create beta dashboards with a focus on user experience, collection, dashboard design
  • Actively manage adoption and usage of developed dashboards to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Monitor reports and dashboards and make necessary changes as business evolves

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or equivalent IT certifications
  • Advance working knowledge and experience working with PowerBI and other visualization tools, relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with other databases
  • Experience leading reporting projects from initiation to close
  • Experience in solving data performance issues related to reports/dashboards and performing root cause analysis on processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
