Summary
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for processing reservations requests, changes, and cancellations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with guests via phone, fax, and email to assist with making new reservations and changing or cancelling existing reservations
- Identifying guest reservation needs and recommending appropriate rooms or packages
- Being up to date on daily room rates and packages that are available to guests
- Being able to answer guest questions about the hotel, amenities, special promotions, and cancellation policy
- Accommodating and document all special requests to ensure that the guests needs are met prior to their arrival
