Resident Aide - Full Time and Part Time Shifts Available

Location:
Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center, Westlake, Ohio 44145
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 am-7:00 pm - part time weekends only available
- 7:00 pm-7:00 am
What is Your Role? Our STNAs provide quality nursing care to our older adult residents working in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing Unit. STNAs will interact with residents assisting with activities of daily living and answering call lights.
Here’s what you’re responsible for:
- Providing residents with routine, daily, quality care.
- Assist with individualized attention, according to the resident’s assessment and care plan.
- Resident Aides encourage residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
- Promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork.
Position Requirements
:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation
