Fresh Start Cleaning Co. is taking applications. We are seeking goal-oriented individuals that desire a professional career in the field of cleaning (both residential and commercial). Due to our demand for great professional cleaners, w*_e are seeking applicants with Professional Residential Cleaning experience. If you are hired without cleaning experience initial compensation may be less.*_

Fresh Start Cleaning is a residential/commercial cleaning company operating in the

• Belleville/O’Fallon Illinois area. Currently, we are looking to fill Full-time and Part-Time positions for Cleaning Technicians. All applicants will be expected to be available for weekends.

Compensation:

• Top wages for the residential cleaning industry some of our employees make up to $22+ per hour plus tips.
• When using your vehicle you will be paid miles ( must have proof of liability insurance).
• Off work on Major National Holidays (New Year’s Eve, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday ( optional), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day).
• Paid while you train.
• Starting pay will be based on experience and job history.

What is required by applicants:

• Must have your own vehicle, valid license, and vehicle insurance. You won’t be asked to drive your vehicle in the beginning, may be needed eventually.
• Must have good job history
• Must be competent, able to come up with best solution to handle daily issues that arise.
• Be self-motivated positive attitude, and be of good integrity
• Must be able to show up and work Monday-Friday (potentially Saturdays) at 7:00 A.M.- 5 P.M. Hours vary depending on demand/peak times of year. Most days you start at 7:45 A.M. and off by 3:30 P.M.
• It is preferred that you live locally approximately 10 miles from our office.
• Friendly and courteous - you will be meeting our clients
• Valid Drivers License
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass drug screen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour
