The Residential Manager will:

• Oversee/maintain operation of a community residence serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise/evaluate Direct Support Professionals in accordance with established standards
• Participate in the development of the individual program plans

We require:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the ID/DD population
• Supervisory and Domestic Household experience
• Good communication, organizational and administrative skills
• AMAP certified
