Job description
This is a management position involving the oversight of services provided by Direct Support Professionals and documentation of services provided to individuals who reside in Liberty Holding Co.’s Residential Community Living Arrangement Program. The person in this position is responsible for staff supervision, staff training, record maintenance, general program compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations relevant to the program operation.
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of the 6400 regulations and its associated Regulatory Compliance Guide
Candidate must have 2 years of college.
Candidate must have extensive experience working in a Residential Program.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Supervision of Direct Support Professional staff and oversight of their responsibilities – assigns and directs their duties.
- Supervision and monitoring of assigned homes, ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring for safety related issues.
- Participation in the interviewing/training/vetting of applicants for employment and submits recommendations to the Human Resource Department.
- Participation in all team meetings, acting as team lead when required.
- Participation in the oversight, development and implementation of the Individual Support Plan, including all required tracking documentation as needed, with emphasis on the development, implementation and tracking of outcomes and goals as relevant to each plan.
- Reporting Individual Support Plan discrepancies as well as changes related to the individuals needs to all applicable parties and oversight entities. Liberty Holding Co. RPS Job Description Page 2 of 2
- Review of program documentation for thoroughness, accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Attends staffing, supervisory and management meetings/trainings as required. • Maintains safety standards within residences to which assigned.
- Participates in the evaluation process of Direct Support Professionals and all other assigned staff support measures.
- Coordination and completion of assessments.
- Completion of the Medication Administration Course Train the Trainer program (after 6 months of employment).
- Completion of all required and assigned trainings as indicated.
- Acts as point person in receiving incident management information, putting that data into Enterprise Incident Management for the reporting phase of all incidents. • Ensures individual rights, nutrition and health are maintained in accordance with applicable sections of the ODP 6400 regulations.
- Completes/reviews required periodic program correspondence ensuring information is conveyed in a clear, timely manner.
- Coordinates the construction of and development of interagency program plans necessary to guide the individual toward increased independence.
- Participates in annual licensing and provider monitoring measures, following through on day-to-day objectives required to maintain compliance in all areas.
- Performs on call responsibilities as assigned.
- Any other duty as assigned within the scope of this position

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
