What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you are responsible for identifying and correcting plumbing problems in residential and light commercial applications as well as, making repairs or completing installations that meet or exceed current plumbing codes. You always inspect and ensure that new systems work efficiently to fulfill our customers’ satisfaction, safety, and comfort.

You consistently deliver excellent customer service that ensures high customer satisfaction. You have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and always respectfully address our customers to choose the most acceptable system to satisfy their requirements. Customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort are your highest priorities for success in this role.

• Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to bring them to optimal performance
• Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and other specific preventive maintenance work
• Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience
• Serve as a company representative to other contractors, owners, and trades
• Give preventive maintenance inspections performed to representative/owner and suggest corrective actions to be applied
• Advise on additional services to customers that may be beneficial to them
• Complete and submit needed paperwork promptly to the service coordinator
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by management

What You'll Get

Wage rate, healthcare benefits, and retirement are received through Local 3 union. Wages up to $43.83/hr based on experience/licensure.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of verifiable plumbing experience
• Effective communication skills
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
• Advanced knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in repairing plumbing systems in residential buildings
• Skilled at diagnosing equipment and determining whether repair and maintenance work is needed; and able to keep records of work done, etc.
• Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients in a way they will understand
• Proficient in performing assigned tasks independently

Salary: $91,000.00 - $1,200,000.00 per month
