PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that the facilities are always pleasant, and that they meet the cleanliness standards of ODMH and the Agency100% of the time.
• Monitors the provision of self-assist medication.
• Respects and protects the clients' rights 100% of the time.
• Reports daily activities and other pertinent information to a degree of 100% accuracy.
• Assists in identifying resident treatment needs and providing appropriate intervention and interactions as directed by supervisor(s).
• Prepares balanced nutritious meals.
• Communicates continually with community support personnel, supervisors, and other relevant clinicians.

Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• CPR; First Aid; De-escalation-TCN will provided upon hire
• Medication Monitoring; CDCA is preferred
