We’re seeking experienced individuals to join our team at our residential program, Park Place Gorham, in Gorham, ME!

Current Open Shifts:

• 2nd Shift Front End: Sun-Wed 2:30pm-10:30pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 2nd Shift Back End: Wed-Sun 2:30-pm-10:30pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Awake Overnights: Wed-Sat 11:00pm-8:00am
• Per-Diem

Park Place Gorham is a small, therapeutic residential group home for six boys ages 7-13. Our Residential Youth Counselors provide daily structure and care for the children and work to provide support, behavioral management skill building, crisis intervention and a constructive, safe environment so they can grow and build the skills they need to transition to live back at home with their families.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our residents and creating a positive staff culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed High School Diploma,
• 1-2 years of experience working with children in the mental health field (residential facility experience preferred)
• Experienced in crisis intervention and managing severe behavioral challenges,
• CRMA and OQMPH certified (preferred but will train)
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance,
• A confident, positive attitude and strong work ethic,
