Expectations.
Effectively lead the restaurant team in all daily aspects of daily operations.
Consistent use of computer systems for entering financials.
Lead a cohesive team to achieve maximum efficiency in operations and distribution of quality product.
Work effectively with all Leadership to ensure cohesiveness in flow between FOH and BOH.
Create REMARKable dining experiences for our guests through 2nd mile service and delivering on one vision and our mission.
Prioritize a culture of food safety by constantly addressing food safety and OSat performance by ensuring the thorough completion of the SAFE Daily Critical and the weekly completion of the eRQA.
Implement Best Practices to help sustainably lower the food safety risk of the restaurant.
Effectively utilize checklists for procedures, weekly cleaning tasks, and labeling.
Accountable to all policy standards (i.e. timeliness, grooming, cell phones, etc.).
Ensure restaurant consistently meets cleanliness and maintenance standards including equipment, surfaces, shelving, floors, etc.
Ensure we are executing proper procedures in order preparation (Taste), hospitality (Create a Moment), fast service, order accuracy, and meal delivery by providing constant attentive and courteous service.
Cognizant of all marketing events, catering orders, and seasonal/holiday effects on ordering and staffing.

2+ years of supervisory experience
