Over 85% of our current District Managers were promoted from a Restaurant Manager position. Unlike many other companies, we don't keep our Restaurant Managers from advancing!

Required Skills

• You have 3+ years Restaurant Management experience with responsibility for controlling costs and leading great shifts. We prefer individuals with either a Fast Food/Fast Casual restaurant management background.
• You are all about creating a great place to work for your team.
• You want to make your customer's day and it shows in the way you are fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile.
• You are - honest, energetic, motivational and fun.
• You set high standards for yourself and for your team.

Desired Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years restaurant management experience (QSR/Fast Food preferred), experience running shifts without supervision. We will consider grocery and convenience store managers seeking a career in Fast Food Restaurant Management.
• Valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
• Open to work any shifts

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 plus bonus for Assistant Restaurant Managers
