We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Manager who loves to serve! This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with at least 3 years of general management experience.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations of Nifty Fifty’s Newtown Square. You will oversee the kitchen and dining room to ensure a positive guest experience. You will lead our team and be responsible for all functions to ensure a smooth operation.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great sense of teamwork in a warm and caring environment of hospitality.

• Responsibilities:
• Model superior Guest service skills for all staff to follow.
• inventory management.
• Manage the team to ensure that not only is their job performed properly, but also they are managed in a positive manner that results in a great guest experience.
• Build Guest loyalty to ensure repeat guests.
• Drive profitability of the restaurant through positive management of food and labor.
• Ensure all people and profit systems are utilized on a consistent basis.
• Each Guest transaction must be handled in a way that spreads Nifty Fifty’s reputation in a positive manner.
• Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise up to 20 team members (shift size varies). Responsible for the overall development and evaluation of team members.
• Constantly scout and hire great talent; continuously recognize and develop this talent.
• Onboarding and training of newly hired team members. Handle all employee relations issues including discipline and documentation

Qualifications:

• Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
