Towne Tavern & Tap is family owned restaurant located in Bristol County. We are a growing company with another location on the horizon. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee our North Attleboro property. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Abiltiy to multi-task
• Hardworking & creative thinking on the fly
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Toast POS or RESYOS is a plus.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
