We have immediately placing strong candidates with current or prior restaurant general manger experience. Our General Managers are responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant.

General Manager Responsibilities:

General Managers are generally focus their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They ensure all the restaurant staff execute operational standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They typically set goals and motivate others. Follow all company food safety standards, recipes, and systems. Keep the store clean, stocked and organized in the front, back and outside. Follow speed of service standards. They are responsible for meeting company goals.

General Manager Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

Available to work morning shifts as early as 3am

Must be able to work weekends

Have reliable transportation

Enjoy working with others

Must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience

Be able to pass a background check.

Have organizational skills and basic computer skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
